Company Update
We are delighted to announce that Finance Shop and FS Wealth are joining Titan Wealth, although the proposed transaction remains subject to regulatory approval. Titan are a global financial services company with over £35 billion under influence and more than 200 financial advisers.
Finance Shop has grown considerably since it was launched in 1990 and now looks after nearly £800m of assets, but to support our next stage of growth we believe being part of a much larger group which will bring more expertise, additional resource and economies of scale, will enable us to thrive in the coming years.
Finance Shop and FS Wealth have been the subject of a number of approaches from potential purchasers and the board have spent many months undertaking due diligence to ensure that the proposed deal is the right fit for our clients, our staff and will enhance our client services. Titan Wealth has ambitions to grow substantially in the coming years, and sees Finance Shop and FS Wealth as a cornerstone in achieving this goal.
Finance Shop and FS Wealth have always strived to put our clients at the heart of our offering, and we are confident this will not change as we enter a new relationship. Titan Wealth is committed to nurturing and growing the business and importantly, we will retain our status as Independent Financial Advisers.
Once the deal is completed, there will be no change to the quality of the service you receive or the people you speak to. Finance Shop and FS Wealth plan to work closely with the Titan Wealth team to ensure the transition will be as seamless as possible, and there is nothing that you will need to do.
